A/C Motor RewindsWhether they are small or large, rewinding A/C electric motors
(and
rotors) is more At EMS, we know that it is one thing to talk about quality, and it is quite another to back it up. So, while our competition has kept themselves very busy talking about quality, EMS has been quietly busy delivering quality. It's a big difference in business philosophy, and one that our customers appreciate. All of EMS's superior rewinds are composed of three things. Materials, Technique, and Commitment. Materials make up the first ingredient. The materials we use are the best that are commercially available. EMS begins by utilizing a Class 180 (Class H) temperature rated insulation system for all our rewinds. Most of our competitors use Class 155 insulation or lower. Sometimes, much lower. The higher Class 180 rating means that our rewinds will withstand higher temperatures... up to 180oC. We begin by using magnet wire which has been rated for Inverter Duty. It will withstand more punishment and stress than standard magnet wire, and is designed to minimize the effect of electrical spikes that are inherent in variable frequency drives. We continue by installing insulation materials
which are all rated Class 180. These are All rewinds are preheated, dipped, and baked in a Class 180 electrical insulation varnish a minimum of two times or more, depending upon application. At EMS, use of inferior materials to save money is NOT an option. We have learned that utilizing superior materials is the best way to save our customers money, long term. It's easy to see... Superior Materials = Superior Rewinds. Technique is the second ingredient of a
superior EMS rewind. Our rewinds require more than simply the best
materials. An EMS rewind is the best because of the proven Commitment is the third ingredient of an EMS A/C electric motor rewind. An EMS A/C Electric Motor Winder is by definition a skilled craftsman who possesses years of experience in the field. We are self-motivated individuals dedicated to quality. It is the commitment of the winder that takes the materials, utilizes the techniques, adds their years of experience, and creates the superior EMS winding. All of the above allows our rewinds to keep running long after normal rewinds have failed, which translates into more uptime and less downtime. And that is what it's really all about. We have placed photos of actual EMS A/C rewinds on this page, in order for you to see the quality for yourself. Would you like to know more?
