Factory Authorized Services

EMS provides factory authorized services for most different equipment manufacturers.    If you, or your general contractor, purchased the equipment from EMS, we will already have all the necessary information to provide the manufacturer, in order to quickly process a warranty claim.

If the equipment was purchased from a sales company  with no service capability, you should still call EMS.   It is quite possible that we are already authorized to provide the service you need.

While it is true that general contractors usually handle all the procurement on large construction projects, it is also true that most general contractors don't know what to do when a factory warranty situation arises.   They may have purchased an electric motor from a company that specializes in selling V-belts.   When they take the motor back to this company, all the counter person can do is tell them to call the factory.   That may be the end of their responsibility, but this does not help you, the end-user.

Instead, advise your general contractor to contact EMS.   Let us provide the help you need with any factory services.
