Machine Shop Service

A well-equipped machine shop, with an experienced machinist, is an integral part of our service center.   We firmly believe that the  ability to do our own machine work is vital to our goal of providing our customers with the best possible service.   By maintaining our own in-house machine shop, we control the quality of the machine work, as well as the scheduling.   Both are important to your needs.

With EMS controlling the quality, our customers are assured of receiving machine work that is performed according to the proper tolerances and specifications.   We provide our customers with the "peace of mind" in knowing that we have overseen every step of the machining process.   Every weld, every fit, every machined part must pass our inspection.   EMS understands that there are no shortcuts to machine work... and none are allowed.

Also, with EMS controlling the scheduling, our customers are assured of receiving their equipment on-time.   We are not at the mercy of some outside company's work schedule.   If we give you a delivery date for your equipment, we alone are responsible for meeting that commitment.

Finally, providing quality EMS machine work depends upon having excellent EMS machinists.   Our machinists  are all highly skilled and experienced.   By their very nature, they are perfectionists and critical of their work.   They are precise and patient, and we are proud that they are on the EMS team.
