Electro-Mechanical South, Inc. Warranty

We warrant all equipment rebuilt or manufactured by us against defects in material or workmanship for a period of One (1) Year after shipment, and agree to repair at our shop any equipment proved defective.  Equipment accepted from the customer for less than a complete repair/rewind, or for replacement of specific parts only are warranted for ninety (90) days, and only as to such repairs as were performed.  This warranty to repair is the only warranty either expressed or implied, upon which this sale is made; the company's liability is limited only to the repair of the defects.  The buyer hereby expressly waives all other claims and/or damages of any type.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, buyer expressly agrees that Electro-Mechanical South, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of profits or related claims arising from delay in obtaining repairs that might prove defective within the warranty period.
